ebbing tide

lads we all no that the tide rising is the best time to fish but can any 1 on here with more experience than meself tell me about fishing the ebbing tide.wats the best way to fish it?/can it be productive as the filling tide.is the ebbing tide better at nite like the rising.things like that id like to know.

depends on the place I suppose.
Guests this week have been having their best catches on the ebb.
Fishing here though is off rocks into 20 to 50 feet of water, a little different from a beach where I would always favour the flood.

recently ive been doin alot better on the flooding tide but there has been times ive done well on the ebb especially for big fish as ive had nice ray, big cod and conger all on the ebb so it depends on what your chasing i suppose :wink:
