hi conor i was thinking it was a Flounder but was also thinking it looked a bit different because it has not got the orange spots like the flounder i caught before,i will settle for flounder,thanks to the other lads as well

the lad I was fishing with thought it was plaice so that's why I was wondering what it was,the flounder i caught before had orange spots

and the line on its back was rougher then the flounder i caught before
only my 3th flat so i am still learning

don't know what bony nodules are but there was a hump on my back from the cold :lol:

Most that i have caught had no spots like ur last one.
