Hello all.
Just came across this site today and delighted i found it.
Anyway,Im moving to Killorglin next week from Limerick City.Im interested in taking up fishing again. Now when i say again i fished a few times a few years ago in Plassey and Underneath the New Bridge. All i ever caught was a few perch and the odd trout. However i loved the hobby,Even when i didn't catch a fish it was still a great day out.
SO my experience with fishing is very limited.I read on this topic that the nearest fishing beach would be Glenbeigh
http://www.sea-angling-ireland.org/bulletin%20board/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=15834&p=120582&hilit=killorglin#p120582 which is not that far from my house.
Im wondering what type of fish would be there and when?
Would it be possible to fish in the winter?
WHat type of gear i would need without spending a fortune?
DO i need a license and if so where would i get one?
Also any other information i may need?
THank You in Advance
