Cod

Anyone know the best place to fish from shore for Cod in the Northwest of Ireland. I'm being tortured by a friend to take him but he doesn't like boats!!

i found ballycastle but only at distance casting and best at night on low tide unfortunately roads are a wee bit icy and dangerous up there now unless ya live near or own a helicopter
