Fishing this mark tomorrow day time at some stage. Are the macks still about or is it too late? Any particular bait/ rig/ feathers best suited to this mark for daylight fishing.

Ta!

the macks are still about just need to get it out there a bit

would switch to tobies and jellyworms/shads if your after bigger pollock - the lead heads work awful well there

baited feathers have worked for me too - there may not be whiting there during the day - but the pins can be a good bait there

the wrasse are there but you could loose an awful amount of gear after them in the first 20-30 metres

have squid and mouldy mac with you - huss have been caught up the road recently last week - single hook pats or pulleys will do

it all depends on how much pressure the place has been under over the last few weeks and if its hasnt been dont cast for the horizon - the huss are there in close enough just be prepared to loose a rig or 2

then if you want conger its the same thing - if theyve been left! and lob it in even closer

good luck at it

Much obliged kind sir!

I'm only bringing the small telescopic rod as I'll have a car full of sprogs and the two piece beach caster would either get in the way or get broken by small hands, so I don't imagine I'll be casting all that far.

Sure, I'll give it whirl.

Thanks again.
