Beginners shore fishing marks in cork

Tue Sep 22, 2009 10:53 am

Hi all,
First time posting to the site so any help would be greatly appreciated. I've only been sea fishing for a few months and I'm starting to get out more and more often, which means i see my girlfriend alot less often. I've tried bringing her out a few times but haven't had much luck with the catches. Can anyone give me a few good shore marks in cork where i could access a couple of different species, not looking for huge fish. Just something to get started with. Hopefully get the missus into the fishing scene so i can get out and wet the line more often. Thinking about fishing for flatties myself too, never gave it a try, so again any spots that are good for them would be great help.

I do have alot to learn so any tips or tricks to go along with the different spots will not fall on deaf ears.
Thanks.

I'm living in the city centre. I don't mind a bit of a spin if the fishing is good though.
