If you go to the Great Outdoors type of shops you can get a very good one. Might cost about a ton though. Oh and it wont have a fancy fishing brand logo on it! I have one for work and its the business BUT its all black so I don't like wearing it fishing. In case of a freak wave I want to be seen!!!

i got the mustad 4 season suit a while back. got the bib&brace and the jacket from spotty dog tackle. after a few sessions in pretty bad rain i was so impressed i bought a 2nd set from them for work.
i work outdoors and out in all conditions and have never once got wet in them. might not be what your looking for tho.
£39.99 just for the jacket but P&P will be extra.
http://www.spottydogtackle.com/index1.html

they also sell from ebay

just the jacket above for E46 but the full suit is only E64.

i think i paid about £10 for P&P but had it in 3 working days.

How To Choose The Best Waterproof Jacket

When facing a new gear purchase you should be as prepared as possible before slapping your money down. Get the facts and understand what you are buying. This goes for everything from carabiners to tent stakes and everything in between. When it comes to outdoor gear a good waterproof jacket is one of those products you don’t want to be left with that under performs.

One of the most key pieces of equipment when in inclement weather is your outer layer. Responsible for keeping you dry or warm or both. Ensuring that you find a product that meets your individual needs is very important. I can’t tell you how many times I have been in a gear shop and am blown away by the limitless supply of jackets. In every style, designed with individually trademarked technology with specific features it is easy to need a break to gather your thoughts. Add to the confusion the range of prices that can easily top the hundreds of dollars and you have a real task of deciding what you need.

Making heads or tails of the wide assortment of outdoor equipment can be a daunting task to say the least, fortunately there are some great how-to's out there in the web.

Get a decent Gore-Tex Jacket and you wont look back.

But these do need a bit of TLC to keep them 100% water proof.

I have the Greys Jacket for about 2 years now. I've used it for all types of fishing and have had no leaks at all with it. the outside strom zip did go about 2 months ago I think it retails for about €80 ish can't remember exactly.

If you want a good waterproof jacket you are gonna have to pay for it. Lots of companys do their own brand of waterproofing which does not really compare to the likes of Gore Tex. In the outdoors shop in Dandrum where I work you can spend up to €500 but there are other gore tex jackets for less then that. There not fishing brands but are seriously waterproof taped seams and waterproof zips. There is also reproofer that you can wash the jackets in if they start losing proofing.
