Buying baits

Just looking to find out what kind of baits the arrow place in Balbriggan sell, i know its frozen baits but just want to be sure whats on offer. Iam also interested in finding out how buying frozen and fresh baits online works?? Was on a Irish site this evening that sold baits online, how in gods name does that work? Peeler crabs in a fastway sorting depo and then in van or two, lovely! Cheers John.
