lads, im wanting to use barid on my spinning reel this year...do i need to put backing on before i start putting the braid on? what strenght backing line do i need for 27lb braid?
also do i tie my spinner straight onto the briad or do i use a couple of feet of normal line to tie the spinner onto and then tie that to the braid?

It depends on the size of the reel but if you have a spare spool or another reel the same size you can wind on all the braid first then tie on your backing and fill up the reel backwards if you now what i mean

then you simply wind on the line to your other reel from the first one and it goes on the wright way round
