Mon Jun 09, 2008 9:12 pm

Been checking the forecast for the 16th (big plans for an all day & night session)and am getting conflicting reports from accuweather / metcheck / windguru

which of these are the most reliable??

Or are there other, more accurate sites out there??

cheers,

John.

For medium range forcasts, I'v ebeen finding ECMWF the best:

The low pressure system will mean stronger winds, clouds and some rain.

Yeah, that's how I'd read it John. The situation on Monday seems to have improved as well. Basically the tighter the lines (isobars) the stronger the winds and low pressure areas are generally associated with rain.

Bass apparently also like high pressure and really dislike sudden drops in pressure. So I'm told ;)
