Filleting knives

Anyone know where a good place to get a half decent filleting knive is ? Want one for filleting for the dinner table. :lol:

Cash and carrys such as Musgraves etc usually have a catering equipment section where you can pick up a proper real mccoy Victorinox filleting knife and a steel that will do the business for years with care.

Just bought one out of BAC, One of the new Berkley En-Tec ones. Bit pricey but the standard and quality of the knife is worth it. Now all i need is some filthy fresh mackerel to fillet :lol:

20-25 quid or thereabouts should get you a knife and steel, might seem pricey but they're the dogs..... Butcher for 5 years myself at one stage, I'm a bit fussy when it comes to knives!
