fresh bait from tackle shops

Just had a phone call from a fishing pal who was wondering is there any place around that it would be possible to obtain fresh wom baits as he has a few friends visiting him in a couple of weeks and they won't have much time to dig bait as its just a short stay.He is located down in west west west cork up in the mountains,but he would be willing to travel anywhere more a less if he could be to collect the bait the day or so beforehand,big ask but any ideas welcome.
