just wondering.

some of you lads compile a list of fish you get in a season.
i just noticed a couple of yous have the likes of butter fish and lesser sand-eels on your lists the question is what bait and hook sizes are you using.

i had a very funny feeling about foul hooking  at least your honest eric i suppose your going to do the decent thing and edit your species list for 2007

managed to lip hook a sandeel while spinning, for mini speices i use a small piece of mackeral or worm on a small hook and use light gear, ie 8ft trout rod

for most of my dangling i use a 4 fot 6 bait caster ,1 ounce lead and a size2 - 8 hook depending what i'm after and a small piece of mackerel or worm tail .
