Hey, Thinking of trying a few beaches and wonder if any of you have an idea on what will do for some footwear, i dont want my feet soaked but also dont want to spend loads on expensive waders to just use a few times. Are any of the Nylon waders any good about the £30 mark? Or does anyone just use wellies? Lets hear your thoughts guys. Thanks

I got a nice pair of Snobee Waders from McKees Mate, Think they were only £45, which I didn't think was too bad for the Brand at the time.
Saying that it a brave few years ago...

Hi
in June I got a pair of Neoprene waders from Ron Thompsons (model Crosswater Pro or something like that) for 65 Euro.
They seem very basic but do the job well, recently i saw them for something less with a carrying bag included.

The Ron Thomson nylon chest waders are good for this purpose and wont break the bank, the Neoprene ones are also ok but if you have to walk any kind of distance you could overheat.

I have a pair of Daiwia neoprene waders .Think they were about £45 two years ago. Good at this time of the year keep you nice and warm . If you have to walk a long way roll them down to the waist untill you get there then when you start to cool off pull them up properly - the trick is not to sweat in them .

I picked up a pair of 4mm neoprene waders for €69 and they work a treat and nice and cosy on a cold morning. Excellent value and i saw the same ones for 89 in another place so shop around for a bargain
