baitbox

a tackle shop close to me has started to stock baitbox frozen bait, he has sandeel, mackeral, bluey's, peeler crab, smelts and razor fish, he also has squid and frozen black lug. I know the black lug is good as i have used it before, but for the baitbox stuff is it any good, mainly the peelers and razorfish?

any experience i have had with baitbox hasnt been good... usually only get sandeel which is never the best.. whether its down to the way they were transported or the way the shop stores them they seem to be a little on the mushy side...

The mackerel fillets are definitely good quality have caught plenty of fish on them a brave few i know say bluies arnt as good as they make out

well i have got some of his stock and hope to be trying them out some, will let you know how they do

stay away from the peelers!! they cost around 7 euro and ive never caught anything on them.
