Hello samjor
I assume your talking about greencastle in Donegal. I was up there for two weeks about two years ago. It was this time of year and i brought the bare minimum of fishing gear with me as i was supposed to be studying. I found plenty of pollack, coalies and mackerel off the end of the pier on spinners and feathers and it looked to me like a decent conger spot too, with all of the waist from the commercial boats and plenty of cover for them. afraid I didnt have the gear with me to find out though. Hope this is of some help.

as i live beside the place the best advice that i will give you, give it a skip, far too many seals on this side of the lough..

unless you want a dam good challage, is chase after the bass, or sea trout, lures is the best job for them
