Hi lads,goin for a spot of fishing again at the weekend (saturday off :lol: ) and heading for portmuck,had a look around the place on tuesday night and picked a spot as ive never been there before.So all those that have fished it these questions are aimed at you.

what bait to use?
what rigs?
is a 2.9 tide any good for this area?
whats being caught (at the moment)?
is it rocky far out? am i gonna keep getting snagged?
do you gets kids etc fooling around here?
best spots to fish off.?
any other stuff i should know about.

one last one,when i was there last night i noticed a sign saying "no overnight stays",does anyone take any notice of this? only when we went to Dunseverick there was a sign saying the same thing and everyone just pitched there anyway.

havent fished there in a few years but was told that the over night stays bit was more cos of ones coming down with tents having partys and annoying the houses.
