kilty spiners

What would you say was the best colours to use when using a kilty, for bass or sea trout , never try in wales for the sea trout ,would i cach on them do you think? :o

i can only speak about bass, i only ude kilty lures for them and all of their colours work but the red ones normally get me bigger bass
