Hi,

I fished the southerly mark on the ebb without much success but it wasn't very snaggy. I could see the northerly mark in the distance had alot of sea gull action and loads of flow streams on the surface. I understand the northerly mark has a better rep but is harder to get down to. Do these marks fish differently?

Steve,

Is there any particular spot along there that's better?

Hi

Ballyreen has produced exceptional conger eels fishing in the last few weeks with several fish over 30 lbs, and even an 8 lb Thornback for variety.

FWIW...
