Done and dusted or was it a case of the dust never arrived :lol: .

I'll remove the “sticky” status from the post as there is little or no chance of any decent cod turning up now.

I’d like to thank all who posted here with their reports and opinions and hope it help the travelling anglers in some way,

Roll on October 2013 it can’t be any worse than the last few months

Fished Youghal Tuesday night had 10 codling and 6 coalies so they might make an appearance after all.

What sizes were they

They were smallish between 2 lb and 3lb

They aint small these days plenty of people would be thrilled to get a few that size :shock: .Fished a comp in youghal harbour last sat night and the general stamp of fingerlings were mid 20 cm in size and not fresh run fish either.
