Fished the beach Friday night up to high tide with very little to show for it, couple of whitting and a few dogs. Is it best on the low tide???
Is there any Ray still about there??

By that site, there appears to have been a boat in a few days ago, but nothing expected.
Does that mean the carpets will be open this weekend?

As I said above it depends on the cargo they delivered. If it was timber it could be there for a few days.
If you are getting crab off one the Youghal lads get them to go down and check for you.
