You would have had it inside a week from any of the Mail order lads Derek. Nuff said. I know who you're on about too. Fast losing patience there. No crimps/swivels/myriad of other little vital items since November either......

Some of the prices kind of beggar belief too. I dont buy these but 4 quid for a pulley rig/single hook clip down...

Phoned my local tackle for an update on my leg-lock kit.
Their supplier might be getting their order on Wednesday. I could possibly have it by Friday. I will definitely get a phone-call when it comes in.
Same run-around that I've been getting for the last three weeks.

Derek, you know what to do..... :D

Mr Green,

I agree totally with your comments on Veals and Gerrys, however a sweeping statement like that about Ebay is a bit much. Especially when you consider the majority of the major online tackle suppliers also have their own Ebay shops too. Simple rule of thumb...if it looks too good to be true then it generally is. Check feedback and dont buy rubbish from Hong Kong and you should be alright. Buy branded items only. I have over a hundred purchases from Ebay and the vast majority save for 4 or 5 lots have been spot on.
