I'm convinced Jamie you really did catch nemo from that car park and the stripped bass from Fermoyle is a fake.

Yer bass defo a fake, think the nemo one could well be real but the guy holding it has been miniaturised somehow also I think the beard is fake.

Unless it’s a dwarf ..yer that’s probably it :D

Jamie,

I work for a printing firm and from experience I can safely say that that photo is as dodgy as Michael Barrymore's Criminal Record.

Look a bit suss to me alright. Why is there reflection from a flash on the fishes tale and not in the anglers glasses? His body doesnt look flash lit either but the fish does to me. If im wrong fair play one hell of a fish and bring on the global warming till we get a few more stripers round the coast.

I suppose the question is whether striped Bass are found in Irish Coastal waters and if so what size? At the end of the day, the only person losing out is himself cos we can all tell a fishy tale but it never seems right :D

I like the touch of authenticity by using a headless mannekin!

That aint Fermoyle either...the waves never break there like that, that close in its way to shallow. Thats a much steeper beach on the photo and the fish is defo a Yanker!
...mind you stranger things have happenend...nice fish all the same.
