Fluorocarbon Problem

Yeah, it can be a pain alright. The lightest I ever go is 0.25mm in gorilla UC4 and with the length of snoods I usually use, you only get away with that in a light roll. Its funny, it can come down to where you put your baits in relation to the rollers etc too, if I have persistent tangling issues I either shorten the snoods, go for the amnesia or both if I have to. Never tried Maxima, is that a coloured line?

very good stuff pete, give it a stretch before you use it. the brown chameleon is surprisingly invinsible over sand. i'd say its harder to see than flouro. blends in really well. and its only 5 quid for 100m.

I've been using it as rig body on my flappers in 30lb for the last 3 years and find it great. It does need a stretch though..apart from that it's great and I've had no problems with it

Ive used Amnesia for years now and wont use anything else...when it first came out you could only buy it in black at 15lbs....its now comes in black, red, and clear at varied breaking strains....I use 30lb clear if fishing for anything large and aggressive -ray/dogs and 15lb black for flats and anything light.
