Hopefully get some peace to fish the back of bangor pier for conger in september ,by then the kids are all back to school and the mackerel are getting harder to catch so no one to bother you ,asking stupid questions like "are you killing that,go on stab it" or fishing right on top of you cos your "not really casting ,so i wont catch your gear ".

Bass and rays ...heading down to Cork and Kerry on the 26th for 2 weeks. Revisting my favourite marks from July and hopefully exploring some new ones.

Pounding waves with South Westerlies up to my neck in the surf, bassing in Waterford no finer way to spend the Autumn! Good luck to all.

Annual bass trip to Courtmac this Sept.
Back home it's time for serious carp action with fish getting their heads down to stack on weight for winter.

K2
Take a run down to Coey and catch a big 20lb plus Pike. Or even closer to you, Polehill for a chunky Carp.
You might enjoy it!
