The Baera peninsula in april

Hello ,

We will be visiting the Baera peninsula during the second week of April 2020 . Is there yet some fishing possible at that time of the year ( and if so , what kind of fishing ) or is it to early ?

The weather is unsteady at the moment but bass, flats,doggies pollock, Whiting, conger and rockling can be expected. Think I got some nice huss and plaice In april last year on the bera.

April is a bit early for the beara from my experience anyway end of may onwards would be alot better

Rang him myself last week..looks like he has retired from guiding . Finding it hard to get a guide or a skipper for the summer. Must be a tourist only industry now.
