Sea Angling Ireland

alright lads just wondering dose anyone know of any rod buildings classes or workshops in Ireland.
would love to be able to build myself a custom rod and fish with it.
any help would be appreciated,

Alright lads just wondering has anyone fished a night session in south beach greystones at the back of the driving range!! Thinking of heading there tonight and just want to no if it's fishing well!!
