i broke an abu griplock reel seat on sunday it kinda split  so i need some coasters if anyone whome knows me has any they dont want GIVE EM TO ME RIGHT!gave my new reel a good test with an 8/9lb silver plaice boy did i get wet putting it back  funny how you dont mind getting soaked and spiked even when your knees are still knockin  ,great fight and the reel performed well all i need now is a nice 10 lb smoothy to give it a good spanking my day will come ...[ Continued ] |

well just as the ban comes in i wallop off bass down wickla way ,i,ve invested in a new penn slammer fixed spool with bait runner,just spooled her up with 20 braid and a 45 lb shock leader,now the weather has calmed down a bit i,ll be diversiflying my fishing and have even bought a float  i think a few sessions on bray head for wrasse ,pollock and smoothys are in order ,i,ll be giving some other marks around greystones a bash too ,if things get really boring i might worry a few mullet while i,m at it  i wonder will my fly gear get out of the shed this year
