Went to greystones harbour for 7am, used a cocktail of bait, foul hooked 1 small whiting, was quite windy. Had no luck on the lures. Lots of gannet action, a heavy southern drift in the water. Met two nice young lads who were using feathers and eels.
Moved onto kilcoole at 10am, met a passer by who kindly gave me 2 marks near the area and some fishing advice.
1 crab no fish, despite being a seal that looked busy in the area.
Put some braid to fluro leader on last night, was casting lovely all day until the leader snapped on a cast. RIP my brand new seeker, need to revisit my knots...
