i too was in a similar situation a while back.I ended up getting the beastmaster 7000 and im very happy with it.Nice and light and looks nice too
The only drawback is that theres no spare spool but easily sorted by getting a 6000 size spool for around 23euro.Ive one spool on .35mm line and the other on .30mm.
Basically if your looking for a reel that is for light shore work that does'nt require miles of line then id go for the 6000 size.Its the same size body as the 7000 just lower diameter capacity on the spool front.My only concern is the reel foot seems very quiet light and narrow and could be a weak point if hauling shed loads of kelp but i just would'nt use the reel in such conditions.
