I've always found http://www.buoyweather.com to be very accurate. It does sea temperature charts as well if you sign up.

Published tide tables for Wexford Harbour with tide time differences for Enniscorthy and coastal locations from Arklow to Cheekpoint (Barrow Estuary) can be obtained from Hayes Cycles & Fishing, S Main Street, RNLI Wexford Shop (Sat pm), Wexford Harbour Boat Club and Wexford Bookshop.
