Are you looking for flush mount holders ?
If not take a look at the Scotty holders or the ram holders
Depending on your kayak you might be able to make your own using some PVC waste pipe

Would the flush mount be the best and are they hard to get on to the kayak I was looking at them on the net and they look like you have to put a big hole in the kayak to get them in is that the case?

About 1 1/2 inch diameter and then seal around it when you I then up. Handy enough if you have a fairly flat surface on your kayak. There not necessarily the best as the Scotty and ram holders are moveable. Depens on your needs
