Report:We had planned a session for Dublin Bay this morning. We got to the launch point shortly after 7 but the wind and drift was too bad to head out  Anto thought we should head around to killiney as we might be sheltered from the wind and the drift should be working for us  .I thought he was mad and to be honest i was thinking of getting back into me cozy bed for a lie on :D . So a few minutes later we were on killiney beach and he was right :? We got the yaks set up and launched straight away. Anto was dying to try out his new motor(watersnake 24lb thrust) along with the new fish finder garmin 500c.He is only short of the kitchen sink and a dog kennel on the hobie. Any ways on to bites straight away a double of whiting to start with for both of us and 2 more for Anto and 3 for myself.Nothing in sizes and all went back. An hour and a half later the winds changed direction and picked up rapidly so we had to call it a day. Nice to get out even for an hour or two.

Those training wheels any good? Do they increase drag when you're paddling?
