Shannon town angling club will be holding its annual RNLI benefit match in Money point power station on Sunday the 17th of October. Registration will take place before 11am at the visitor center before the gate. Fishing is most likely to be at bend and will be from 12 till 4pm.
I'm not sure of the prizes but there usually from local sponsors but it is in a good cause. Cost is 10 euro with 2 euro for the pool for the biggest fish.
