Penn Squall Reels

Can anybody clarify this for me. From what I can see penn squalls seem to be either lever drag or level wind but never both. Am I correct in this and does anybody know why so? Many thanks

Doesn't look like they do but I use a Penn 320 lever drag and it has a level wind, also Shimano Charter special has both. Not too many reels that have both.

I just remembered I have a penn squall 30ld no level wind on it, if it did have a level wind I wouldnt own i, I hate the things. I must put some line on my squall and try it out. Have it about 2 years at this stage. Might get to use it in deep water next weekend all gojng well.

Interesting. What's the main complaint with the levelwind? Obviously they're useless from the shore but have found them handy on a boat especially of doing a lot of feathers/lures/pirks etc
