Parkmore pier, Tracht beach(far right) and the Flaggy shore might be worth a try, other than that head over to fanore beach with lug.
The South Bay doesn’t get fished much from the shore, but the species are there, dogs, huss, Ray, gurnards, flatties, sea trout, bass, pollock and coal fish are common enough catches in the area this time of year.
Good hunting

Anywhere from parkmore to the flaggy shore, I know the area better from boat fishing, and have anchored within casting distance from the shore and shore fished from the shore a few times.
The mouth of kinvara bay on the point just up from the pier is also a spot I would suggest, but of a walk though.

would you get anything much from the shore at this time of year, i would be afraid all the freshwater would keep anything out of the relatively shallow water there up from parkmore and around west to tracht?
