IDs please

Can anyone let me know what species the wrasse and gurnard in these photos are? The wrasse was about 8 inches long and the gurnard had electric blue fringes to its pectoral fins.

That depends on what part of the coast your fishing.
They are very common on the Wicklow beaches around July and August
